We make sure our general bookkeeping services meet your unique business needs and we offer a range of services to suit your requirements, either performed at your premises or off-site.
Data Entry and Journals
Our prime objective is to ensure that all your business expenses and income are correctly recognised to avoid potential costly mistakes to you. Supplier invoices are entered and transactions applied with the correct GST tax coding (using guidance from ABN BAS). Supplier statements are checked to ensure reported balances reconcile with the creditor accounts. We can also administer your debtor and creditor data to ensure details remain up to date. We will generate your invoices using your established accounting system and distribute to your customers or clients. We can post General Ledger journals including correction entries, balance-day adjustments and closing entries to ensure your accounts are complete.
Creditor Managment (Accounts Payable)
We offer Creditor Management services to support you in maintaining good relationships with suppliers. We keep track of what payments are due and deliver timely payments of your supplier’s invoices. We do this after first providing you with an Accounts Payable report where we recommend the creditor payments to be made and then process payments following your approval.
Debtor Managment (Accounts Receivable)
We offer Debtor Management services to support you in maintaining good relationships with your clients or customers and to improve cash flow patterns in your business. We keep track of what your customers owe you and ensure prompt money collection. We will issue statements and reminders to your clients or customers at intervals as you require.
Bank and Credit Cards Reconciliations
We ensure that all transactions are accounted for by balancing your accounts with bank statements. Assuring that all business expenses and income are correctly recognised and avoiding any situations where potentially costly decisions are made upon a reliance on inaccurate financial records.
Monthly Financial Reporting
Monthly reports such as Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Trial Balance are of huge importance for any business, big or small. These essential reports are automatically produced from the accounting software following completion of the bookkeeping processes at the end of each month. We also educate small business owners about reading, understanding and using reports in running their business and making sound business decisions from them.
